The UpRoaster is optimized for 15–20 lb turkeys, fitting comfortably in standard home ovens while cooking evenly front to back. For your first roast, we recommend starting with a 15 lb turkey so you can easily get familiar with the vertical setup and enjoy a stress-free experience.
Will it fit my oven?
Yes. The UpRoaster fits most standard home ovens. It measures14.5 inches widefrom handle to handle and stands about13 inches tallwith an attachment installed. Place it on thelowest oven rackand make sure your oven has14–15 inches of vertical clearance.
Can the UpRoaster cook other foods besides turkey?
Yes! The UpRoaster is designed for year-round use. It roasts chicken, duck, pork shoulder, beef roasts, lamb, Peking duck, shawarma-style meats, and more. You can also place vegetables or potatoes in the base to cook at the same time — all with the same even, juicy results.

Yes. The UpRoaster is dishwasher safe and simple to clean by hand. After cooking, wipe away excess food residue or grease with a paper towel, then soak for 15 minutes in warm, soapy water to loosen any baked-on bits. Use a soft, non-abrasive scrub pad to protect the stainless steel and keep your UpRoaster looking its best.
