Vertical roasting cooks your turkey more evenly and efficiently.
By standing the bird upright, heat circulates 360° around it, allowing the breast and dark meat to cook at the right pace without drying out. You also free up more oven space for sides and get a crispier, more golden finish — all with less effort.
What makes the UpRoaster different from a regular roasting pan?
The UpRoaster’s vertical design cooks turkey, chicken, duck, pork, beef, and other roasts evenly on all sides, reducing cooking time and freeing up oven space. Traditional roasting pans don’t allow heat to circulate evenly underneath the meat, which can lead to dry spots, uneven cooking, and unpredictable results.
What size turkey does the UpRoaster work best with?
The UpRoaster is optimized for 15–20 lb turkeys, fitting comfortably in standard home ovens while cooking evenly from top to bottom. For your first roast, we recommend starting with a 15 lb turkey so you can easily get familiar with the vertical setup and enjoy a stress-free experience.
Can the UpRoaster cook other foods besides turkey?
Yes! The UpRoaster is designed for year-round use. It roasts chicken, duck, pork shoulder, beef roasts, lamb, Peking duck, shawarma-style meats, and more. You can also place vegetables or potatoes in the base to cook at the same time — all with the same even, juicy results.
Is the UpRoaster easy to clean?
Yes. The UpRoaster is dishwasher safe and simple to clean by hand. After cooking, wipe away excess food residue or grease with a paper towel, then soak for 15 minutes in warm, soapy water to loosen any baked-on bits. Use a soft, non-abrasive scrub pad to protect the stainless steel and keep your UpRoaster looking its best.

What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we’ll do everything to make it right. If a return is necessary, please contact us first at customerservice@uproastware.com. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product, and only for unused items in their original packaging.

The UpRoaster is backed by a limited lifetime warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience an issue that falls under this warranty, please contact our team at customerservice@uproastware.com and we’ll work to make it right. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products used under normal home cooking conditions as outlined in the product manual.
