Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your UpRoastWare purchase. Every product we make is built to last — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Before sending anything back, please contact our team at customerservice@uproastware.com. We’ll do everything we can to make it right — whether that means troubleshooting, replacing a part, or processing a return.
If a return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it — (with photo confirmation), and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
We understand that cookware gets handled, and small cosmetic marks, minor scratches, or dings can sometimes happen — especially with stainless steel. These do not affect performance or safety, and we don’t consider them defects.
That said, if something doesn’t look or feel right, please reach out to us first at customerservice@uproastware.com. We’ll review your situation and do everything we can to make it right — whether that’s troubleshooting, replacing parts, or arranging a return if appropriate.
Please note that final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at customerservice@uproastware.com. Send a brief description and a photo so we can assess and resolve the issue quickly — we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to initiate a return for your original item, and once approved, place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
